First Aid

Having personnel trained in first aid is vital for responding quickly and effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace. Our first aid courses equip participants with the skills and knowledge to provide initial care for injuries or sudden illnesses.

We offer Occupational First Aid certification aligned with OSHA regulations and recognized by the Red Cross and other bodies globally.

The interactive course covers:

  1. Patient assessment – evaluating injuries/illnesses
  2. Bleeding control – applying pressure, tourniquets, hemostatic dressings
  3. Wound care – dressing and bandaging injuries appropriately
  4. Eye injury – flushing and appropriate eye dressing
  5. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) – performing when needed
  6. Splinting – for suspected fractures, sprains or strains
  7. Poisoning – identifying and initial care for exposures
  8. Shock – recognizing symptoms and providing position/comfort measures

Participants get hands-on practice in critical skills like CPR and apply their learning in simulated emergency scenarios. We provide 2-year certification after successful completion.
